I don't think there is many guys who have upsized tyres. I know one with 225/45/18 and 255/40/18 combo, but he has stock style 162. So front is 18x8 et34 and rear is 18x8.5 et37.

I think you just would have to test it. 225/40/19 would probably work at front without issues, but rear could possibly cause rubbing issues, especially after lowering, but fender work fixes that.
