You gotta take the witch out with one shot lol. The easiest way to do it is with the shotgun in easy mode. That's what I've heard so far, but I also think it's possible with the sniper but not to sure. You have to close enough to her so she starts to stand up. Then when you shes looking towards you, get her between the eyes lol. Wish it was as easy as it sounds.
