Si comes with 17" wheels, ltd slip, a slick 6MT, VSA, curtain airbags, moonroof etc etc so its great value as well.

+1. My vote would be GTI, (I really like them)
But they are above 20, So I agree with the SI, I also really like the new lancer...the nicest one (not evo) is under 20!
