it easy...human would win because of evolution. There is a reason human evolved to be the dominate specie and that is intelligence. If ants could win against human in an all out war then we would've never evloved to be the dominate specie. Now if your saying the ants evolved more from what they are now, then I don't know.
on another thought it might probably just be a stalemate cuz humans are so hard to kill (by ants) so our fatality rate would be pretty low and slow. However there are so much more ants and they reproduce at a much faster paste that even their fatality rate would be extremely high, they can easily and speedily replenish their troop counts so we be tied.
Now back to evolution, if the ants somehow evolved 1 kind of special ant that developed a special scent for female hormone and track our females down while they slepted or are off guard, crawled into their pussy and lodge themself into their overies and lay eggs there, then little ants come out and feed on the overy until it destories their overies so they can never have babies again (think suicide bombers in her pussy) then we're doomed. because sooner or later nobody can have babies and we're all fucked.
