An area of Baltimore (Hamden) is this little white trash neighborhood on the edge of the city. They for about seven years in the mid 90's/early 00's where they were the highest teen pregnancy rate in the country. You still see like fourteen year olds with two kids in a stroller, smoking cigarettes walking down the street. It's normal there. So disturbing.
