Just got my mother one of these. She likes it. Ride is very comfortable but tight so it's not bouncy. Interior is easy to navigate, leatherette is fairly good I thought. It's quiet, sound system is neutral, and there is a good amount of space in the back once you fold the seats down. Plus the hatch is flush so loading is easy. It's essentially a Prius drivetrain with a different suspension, body and nice interior. Visibility is phenomenal thanks to the bus-style wing mirrors and rear corner windows.
I'd advise getting it without their navigation/infotainment system, I thought it was terrible when I used it.
