Thats what I recommend too.
I tried Hydroxycut about a year or two ago and I started to get some really bad migraines so I stopped immediately.
Then I got dedicated and ate 3 times a day; breakfast - 8a.m., Lunch - 12 to 1p.m., Dinner - 7 to 8p.m., at about 1200 calories a day or less (normal is 2000 cal.) and lots of water. 2 months later I was down about 30lbs.
Oh and 45 min. of cardio every day.
