Figure out your BMR then eat 500-1000 more calories a day of nutrient dense food. Like some have said on here already, LIFT HEAVY ALL THE TIME. Don't be discouraged if it's not much weight because you'll see better results. Take in 1g of protein for every LEAN POUND you want to be.
