To make matters worse, I had a bag of cement catch on a screw and pour a pound or so of its contents into my shirt. After slamming several hundred pounds of cement into this old guy's minivan, I told the manager that I'm leaving and not coming back until my next scheduled day. They could decide whether or not I still had a job then.

When I came back several days later, my work number no longer worked in the system. I can say one thing for sure, I never regretted that decision. But it's not like the job was a career. It was just a minimum wage position while I attended college.
XXk a year def isnt "just a job" but i cannot tolerate these people i cant work with ignorant people who discriminate against me because im young
