I know this post is old but I've had the same problem with Alpinemss.
Ordered some replacement bulbs at the very beginning of August. Waited patiently for about a week and a half, kept checking order, still said processing. Since then I have called and left a voicemail, emailed at least 3-4 times and heard NOTHING back. It's been over 1.5 months since I ordered. I'm not going to bother texting. You shouldnt have to go through that just to get a response out of a vendor. I might just open a dispute with the credit card company I ordered them with. That way if one day he decides to finally process the order I won't get charged.
