Not sure about 5 seconds but you ll probably be close.
I dont know if it is reliable as it is not officially in the market . Company that sells the kit has a reputable name as far as I know.
If you were looking for go 0-60 in 5 then you got the wrong car .... 328s are nice for what they are and they are quick for most people ...
I would not even recommend a 335 for you as I dont believe you could keep up with maintenance at your age ....
