Check out the dynos. Its not a huge increase but it is the best bang for your buck specially if your car is automatic
I dyno at 203 in at AWD (never did the dyno before though) which is roughly 245- 250 at the crank . So around 15-20 hp increase at the crank ... I def felt the increase but it was not day and night type of increase....
A lot easier to do it with turbocharge car where you can expect 50 plus hp increase with a tune
