Outside of the navigation differences (...
touch screen, real-time traffic updates, etc.), the CF slot, hard drive, and audio L/R/Video jacks in the center armrest, everything else can be had in a 3-series. What the G37 has over the 3-series isn't enough to consider swaying me in the direction of the Infiniti, especially since the on-road dynamic is lacking when compared to the 3-series.
The first part of my paragraph touched on some of the good things, but the bad things include, but are not limited to:
- cramped interior space
- very little trunk space (..it's the same as the G35)
- lots of vibration from the motor/transmission transmitted into the cabin
