I thought some of you may find this helpful/useful after seeing the posts about weight/health. Some of these I knew about but several I did not.
Get healthy e90post members!
Turmeric: mustard/curry.
Fish: I think we all knew this one.
Citrus zest: lemon/orange/grapefruit. The true fighters are in the zest oils.
White tea: Much better than green. 3 cups a day.
Whey: A good source is yogurt. The clear liquid on top is good. Don't pour off.
Cranberries: 100% juice and dried.
Gamma tocopherol: Form of E not found in most supplements. Sesame oil/walnuts.
