You can lease/rent to own the dynos. It's a program offered by Dynojet if you are serious about it. But if you are a college student, i think this may be a terrible investment for you unless this its your life long dream.
To another poster about putting a lift in your garage: I never applied for a permit to put a lift in my garage. You talking about those underground hydraulic lifts?
