Scott has said that starting with the new 7 series, BMW will start using more cfrp in the normal series lineup to reduce weight drastically.
Looks like it's starting to shape up to wait he's been saying in that regard.
I love the 6 series now so really looking forward to what the next M6 will bring to the table. Only problem is I can't afford one
If BMW goes down this route that means the next 3/4 and 2 series will go back to e46 weight. We can only hope
