ok this is a tripod, you put the camera on it and then you don't have to worry about your hands shaking:



I don't know how your camera works, or if it allows you to adjust the shutter speed, you may have to look that up in your manual. Try taking photos of the car with the tripod, with the lights on, an hour before sunset and during sunset. It may look too bright out but it will probably be ok. If it is any darker you may need to use the shutter.
