Me: "Hi there I think my credit card number was compromised I didn't charge x, y, and z.
BoA rep: "I'm sorry to hear that we'll take care of that right away at no charge"
It's always a no-nonsense, hassle-free conversation.

Never had an issue with my bank either. Money has already been refunded usually before I even call them. Easy.
