If there is a more incompetent airline than American Eagle, I hope to gawd I never have to fly with them. For the second consecutive flight the crew couldn't fly on time, so my flight was delayed and I had to rebook my connection. And now that we're on board, they've discovered a minor dent in the wing that needs to be written up in the log. This despite the fact that the plane has been sitting here for hours. I may now miss my rebooked connection. Morons.
