Thanks man. Firstly, shoot with a circular polariser. Secondly, in Lightroom, Aperture, whatever... I essentially bumped up the exposure, fill light, and blacks. Then, I desaturated the colors a bit, added relatively strong vignetting, and then adjusted the brightness to what I liked. I played around with some of the other settings, both those are the main ones I used.
