Okay, I'll go for throwing out a serious answer. So, first off 270/495 ain't going to cut it as "fast roads" to be driving on. You need to get out on the excellent back country roads Virginia is famous for. Then drive those roads moderate at first, then gradually pick up the pace until your 335i is traversing these roads at the rapid pace it was designed to achieve, then she'll finally realize the fun of it. No woman wants to be slammed right off the first time out. She doesn't yet know you or trust you. Work into it. Carving traffic on the freeway just annoys everyone; it's babyshit.
Oh, and make sure she's cool about having her hair messed up, because this activity is best done with the windows down.
