Just hang out, get some drinks (if you're over 21), get a "feel" for the vibe between you and her.
Be out in public that way it's chill and relaxed. Do some people watching, walk around, show that you're energetic, take a scenic drive; destination unknown, have a picnic ready in your trunk and drop off at a park or beach... There's something to be said about planning but at the end she'll be more impressed (as will you) by showing spontaneity.
