I really, REALLY hope the 'double points' nonsense doesn't come into play with this year's WDC.
Honestly, the rest of this season has been marred for me by Bianchi's crash. I was watching Malaysia live when Simoncelli was killed, and I hate to say that it really caused me to lose some interest in MotoGP. I don't really care who wins WDC at this point, I'm just ready to put this season behind me.
