I would argue otherwise. It's on par with the WW (wicked winds) Wiz build in terms of overall effectiveness. The Barb Tornado build has better survivability due to ability to move easily and armor ratings. The Wizard can kill stuff faster (if equally geared) and can be done on an affordable budget. I wish it could calculate my DPS when in battle, I'm sure it's over 1 million depending on the group size.
I'd give the edge to the Wizard just because it actually requires skills and is VERY fun to play. I think I broke my keyboard already mashing my 2, 3, 4 keys
I'm gonna try to simulate that Youtube video of the barb vs x3 Act 2 packs.
