They are one outfit with shameless predatory membership tactics. We signed up for AAA Plus, $59 for 2 people. Never used it. Next year my cc got charged $140 for an auto review, I called and they said no problem, we'll credit your cc. Three mos. Later they said the cxl is pending, they are busy and haven't gotten to it yet. Eventually they did cxl. Today, we get a new set of plastic membership cards every month with a new bill.
