This doesn't fall under UFC/MMA/Boxing though.. It falls under a novelty fight IMO, just something fun to watch. It's going to be very hard for Kimbo to shake off the circus ring image he has.
I believe it would be a boxing match Kimbo's manager said, since Tyson isn't trained in MMA.

but yes, I agree... it would be just a regular street fight... no rounds or whatever.
