Handguns aren't widely banned in Brooklyn too?
Oh and shooting someone, anyone in the back unless they are presenting a clear and present danger to others or are in the commission of a felony is murder in most states. Prolly get it reduced to Manslaughter, only spend 5-7 years in jail.
You are allowed to DEFEND yourself or your property. NOT "gun down the badguys"... Too much TV.
