The SE just package in some GTA trinket including a duffel bag. I passed on it when ordering mine last year.
Yes the pic quality is dark, go to the menu settings and adjust brightness/contrast/hue to whatever you please. There is also a brightness cheat that you can code into the character's cellphone, never tried it.
