Oil burning issues were common (don't know if they still are), also the early B8s had a water pump recall. Otherwise, pretty solid cars
If you could find an s line wagon, that would be amazing, though they are automatic only. I would get a 2011+ to get the fantastic 8 speed transmission unless you want a manual trans.
