Why do you insist on being dense? Quit focussing on the towing of the car. That is not in question. The issue is that they went into private property and removed private property from the vehichle which is theft and is illegal period the end. I'd sue you into the ground if you were my lanlord and broke into my vehicle and removed some of my belongings. And you know what? I'd win too.
