Too bad they did not have any crash tests for the Corvette Stingray. From what I know is that it does not do well in crash tests. I sat in one because I had wanted to buy one. Three things kept me from buying one. 1) The front seats do not go back far enough nor do they tilt back far enough leaving one in an upright position for hours while driving on long distance trips. 2) When you sit in the Vette you will find that your head pretty much sits parallel to the front side pillar bar so God forbid that Vette rolls your head would act as the pillar bar and with no room to move you could end up getting beheaded in that car in the event of an accident. 3) No crash tests on it, I wonder why....??
I would have bought one had these 3 not been a problem but they were.
