I though i was understanding it correctly at first but then started to think. Basically i understand it like this 225/40/18 compared to 225/45/18 says that
Speedo at 60mph will read 62mph. Doesn't it mean that Speedo will show 60mph, but you are going 62mph.
One thing is for sure BMW factory speedo is adjusted to show faster speed than you are really going.
