We are expecting a shipment to arrive sometime in February, and will fulfill any pre-orders upon the arrival of those wheels.

That is the tentative ship date as the shipment should arrive around then. There is a possibility the date may be pushed back, dependent on actual arrival of the shipment to our facility.
