You'll need to skim coat the area with some drywall mud. Then paint. But it looks like there is some texture to the wall. That'll be hard to match. Just ask your landlord how much it will cost. It may cost you nothing. Tenants can't be expected to not hang anything on the walls. You might just make things worse and piss off the landlord. Lol
