The EBD benefits Vettel's style and has since the DDD debacle of the Brawn year. Therefore RBR have developed the car to suit Vettel's style of driving and Webber can't cope with it.

There is also talk about a suspension modification the 'pre-buckles' the T-tray and transfers weight in the slower corners. This would make a lot of sense as the RB has been basically unbeatable this year.

I still think the tire situation was screwed up this year with steel band construction and then switching back to the Kevlar belts. It was clear that the Mercedes could run on the steel-belt tires....
