This is the worst BMW dealer i ever have to deal with. They are arrogant, rude and overpriced. Extremely hard to even schedule a service appointment. Don't even expect to get a loaner from them.

When I wife took our 2012 X5 to them recently they denied ALL the issues my wife stated and refused to do anything, in a very rude way.

I've had several bimmers since 2007 (all of them purchased new) I never had any issues with any BMW dealers in NY/NJ area, especially with Park Ave BMW, they really makes owner of the ultimate driving machine experience ultimate service.

I had to move my family to philly recently because of work, albeit only less than a mile from this dealer, they are the absolutely worst experience i ever have.

I strongly recommend BMW NA to ban this dealer from the network.
