Casein is also a natural protein though. I could probably gather as much by having a glass or two of milk and serving of cheese each day. I highly doubt I am into any casein addiction myself, seeing as I've used this product 4 days thus far and the serving size is so miniscule.

Regardless, I think casein to be a safe protein in reasonable amounts and to work well as a time-released supplement. I have a number of friends who take large amounts of the supplement before bed who have had great results in muscle absorbtion and no adverse health affects.
