There are tons of nice places here, just depends on where you'd like to be, I could tell you all the great places to live and what not, but you'd have to see for yourself. Keep in mind that there are many outside agencies that have auto manufactures as clients(i.e. Graphic design firms, many of them design sales literature, adds, websites, etc.)

Yeah i looked in santa monica and couldn't find anything. maybe i could settle for the job in GA and take this sweet 4/3.5 house i found there for $235k. I could afford the down payment, and the mortgage would be less than my rent for the 1/1 i'm currently living in.
