For women here in Taiwan they add fake eyelashes, go to the doctor for laser surgery so they can have partial eye lids and once they are done with that go out and get these eye glasses without lenses.
No guys have started to copy them too
It is the latest fashion here in Asia
Not very often you see a white dude or black dude in California walkin around with glasses that do not have lenses unless maybe you are at a Circus
It is a cheap fashion here in Taipei as they buy them from street vendors on the streets for 60-200 NT which is about $2-4 depending on type of glasses and place you buy them at.
