I almost bought a 97 yellow/black one before I got my E92. The seller wouldn't lower the price enough given the high miles on it. I am still thinking of buying one down the road. There are very few changes to the car from 91-2001. 97 had the biggest group of changes with power steering(assist), 3.2L engine from 3.0L, 6 speed gearbox, and some stereo stuff. The 6 speed gearbox is a nice addition to the car.
