This is a very good point - but who knows maybe I'll have to make some sacrifices... Maybe not a 10 year old paid off Camry but a cheaper German car (lets say a 335i or an S5) are not out of the question. I'm also looking into some plans for paying off the M3 so that it's not even an issue.
I will have to figure it all out when the answers from the Grad schools come back but I can assure you if I get accepted out of state I will not be going to school in Houston.
