I took C4 for about 3 weeks, and started getting terrible anxiety...wtf. No more pre-workout supplements for me anymore, I'm gonna stick to a banana and peanut butter. Even hate post-workout shakes, and stay away from them. Want solid food with high carbs and high protein inside of my body after a grueling workout, not protein powder.
