Thats a bit harsh....Rosberg was offline, at a poor angle to take the corner and traveling at around 300 feet/sec....if he had hit the brakes a tenth of a second earlier he might have made a great pass.
I think Lewis placed his car very shrewdly to force Nico onto that part of the track and Nicos misjudgment played out perfectly for him.
