Same here (Android version)...
Everytime I start the app, it says it needs to restart and after clicking OK, it will obviously restart the app. This is EACH and EVERYTIME I try to open the app. So freaking annoying.
Once it finally opens, it's just a mess. 8 out of 10 times, it will give an error when posting or it will not edit a post correctly.
Now when I try to surf the forums, it says the forums are down for service, which is not the case because I can obviously surf them via the browser and be able to make this post.
This app sucks.
