I rolled up in Silver Spring, MD, to use their DC charger and it took half an hour to find the guy whose car was parked and apparently not charging (but also didn't have the software update to release the connector).
We all laughed it off, but it's pretty irritating and bad customer experience to have such a nice thing and hassle caused by the dealership itself, at the same time.

We just need more charging stations and this will not be an issue. Looks like they are working on it but in the interim this kind of behavior is annoying.
