. I am not 100% with wings as the main focus on the menu, they can get rather messy and would not be a popular choice with working folks out on lunch break. I would add a selection of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, wraps and some deep fried morsels to go with them (fries, onion rings, chicken tenders etc.). Also provide ample parking for finished cars, more often you'd find the cars will be ready far before your customers have finished their lunches...
