well like i said in my previous post, there's usually a good 10-15 sec gap between each name so thats plenty of time for friends and family to cheer for their kid before the next one is called. if they are still applauding AFTER the next kids name has been called then yes, thats annoying.
they are there to support their child not someone elses. just because the some kids do not have as many people there does not mean other people cant applaud their own kid.
