Im trying to get to a customer service rep on a citibank 800 line - anybody know what the magic sequence is to get to a real person?
is their main number -
1-800-347-4934
they then ask if you would like highspeed internet stay on the line -
If you would like billing inquiries press 3 - it then provide the 555-1212 directory assistance # and hangs up.
I thought there was a webpage that said how to bypass recorded phonebanks for various 800#s
