I notice as I get in more consistent workouts that a negative side effect is that with very little physical exercition I start to sweat like a proverbial pig. Yesterday I struggled a bit to string an Ethernet cable behind a desk. When I stood up to let the hottie with bolt-ons back into her chair (she wouldn't sit there in her skirt while I crawled around) I was embarrassingly damp front and back
