im not trying to gain weight at the gym. i just go to maintain my weight. after comming back from thailand last summer, i was at the heaviest at 190lbs. after going back into the gym i dropped to 155lbs and after a few more months of working out, shakes, and staying healthy im at 170lbs nice & fit. by no means am i jacked, etc just staying healthy. for some reason i find losing weight very easy. it is easy for me to stick to a diet when i want and cut out all sugar drinks, soda, etc.
as for 2.5 hours...
Sauna (Stretch & Warm Up)- 15 Min
Lifting- 50 Min
Cardio- 50 Min
Steam Room- 20 Min
Sauna- 10 Min

if my raquetball guys are there i get a couple games in lasting 1-1.5 hours and will be at the gym for 3.5-4 hours and i go 4-5 times a week. i always make myself a protein shake when i get home with some fiber mixed in or i feel real sore next day.
